Who we are
Our organization was formed to bring Paris Community Police Academy (CPA) graduates together to generate or enhance a relationship between the community and the Paris Police Department and to assist the Division in appropriate activities.
These activities may include, but not be limited to continuation of the Community Police Academy with enthusiastic and active members; increasing community support for law enforcement; assisting in the recruitment of persons for Community Police Academy classes and prospects for the Police Training Academy; educating citizens about local law enforcement; providing continuing educational programs for the Alumni Association and the public; assisting the Division of Police in civic-oriented duties and programs of the Division of Police when citizen input or help is needed.

Jan Worth is the current president of the Community Police Academy Alumni Association, serving in this role for the 2024 term. With a dedication to promoting community engagement and safety, Jan works to ensure the success and growth of the association. Her leadership and commitment to the group make her a valuable asset to the organization and its members.
